It is a favorable geographical location, surrounded by 6 large communities, and the commuting time from the subway to the heart of Guangzhou–Zhujiang New Town is only 53 minutes. Many commuters who do not live in the vicinity of the Baijiang subway station will also choose this station for commuting, and even car owners in other towns will drive here for subway transfers. Before building an automated parking system, random parking happened near the road surface in the station area, which has caused many problems for urban management.

5-layer Puzzle Parking System
Greater allowable car size
The project adopted a 5-level lifting and puzzle parking system design, covering an area of 2,350 square meters, with a total height of 10 meters. The project was equipped with a complete intelligent parking guidance system, which has increased to 308 parking since there were only 66 before. Increase land use rate to 367%. The size of the parking space is 5300mm*2200mm*1850mm, suitable for more models, which can effectively solve the problem of random parking caused by insufficient roadside parking spaces. The design of sufficient and considerate parking spaces also greatly improves the parking experience of car owners.
There is a pick-up bell in the parking system, when the public needs to pick up the car, just press the bell, and the staff will come over to operate the system. Thanks to the excellent circulation design in the project, only one staff is needed to manage the whole system.
The exterior of the project is decorated with eye-catching lights, which can not only shield cars from wind, rain, and dust, protect vehicles, but also be a beautiful scenery at night.
Project Operation
Since the completion of the project at the end of July 2020, it has been in operation for nearly 4 years, On average, 220 vehicle owners choose monthly subscription service, accounting for 71.4% of the total number of parking spaces. After the automated parking system was completed and put into use, it helped solve the parking shortage around Baijiang subway station, provided smoother and more convenient parking facilities, saved more land resources, and greatly improved the parking and travel experience of car owners.
