Staff Meeting April 2024
Eounice April staff meeting was held on time at 8:00 am on May 05th, 2024. All departments reported the working progress in April and the important working plan in May. The management team also summarized the whole company’s production and operation, stressing the company’s management system and strategic development direction.
Every employee has the opportunity to participate in the decision-making or system formulation of the company, we work together and participate in the continuous improvement of decision-making or system. We listen to employees’ voices, verify the correctness and suitability of company decisions and systems from the perspective of employees, and strive to improve employee satisfaction and overall working efficiency.
Excellent Employee Award
To further strengthen the construction of corporate culture, stimulate employees’ enthusiasm, and enhance and tap the ability of employees to create better benefits for the company, the selection scope of the “Monthly Excellent Employee Award” has expanded from production department employees to the whole company employees. The relevant selection results are used as the basis for annual evaluation and employee promotion. The following employees were awarded as outstanding employees in April:

Excellent Team Award
We set the monthly goals for May for each department in the meeting, management will grant an “Excellent Team Award” to departments who achieve set targets in the next monthly meeting. Hope that all teams will continue to work hard for the company to step to a new level!
