Staff Meeting August 2024
Eounice August’s staff meeting was held on time at 8:00 am on September 4, 2024. All departments, including planning, production quality, etc., reported the working progress in August and the important working plan in September. The management team also summarized the production and operation of the whole company and stressed the company’s management system and strategic development direction.
Every employee has the opportunity to participate in the decision-making or system formulation of the company, we work together and participate in the continuous improvement of decision-making or system. We listen to the voices of employees, verify the correctness and suitability of company decisions and systems from the perspective of employees, and strive to improve employee satisfaction and overall working efficiency.
Excellent Employee Award
To further strengthen the construction of corporate culture, stimulate the enthusiasm of employees, and enhance and tap the ability of employees to create better benefits for the company, the selection scope of the “Monthly Excellent Employee Award” has expanded from production department employees originally to the whole company employees. The relevant selection results are used as the basis for annual evaluation and employee promotion. The following employees were awarded as outstanding employees in August:
Excellent Team Award
In the monthly staff meeting of July, we set the monthly goals for August for each department, and finally, the assembly workshop, the welding workshop, the laser cutting and bending workshop, the machining workshop, the quality, and the warehousing achieved their corresponding tasks, management team granted “Excellent Team Award” to these departments.
Best 5S Workshop Award
In the 5S inspection of all workshops in August, the welding workshop was more excellent than other workshops and won the 5S excellent workshop flow red flag.
In September, we set a more challenging goal, and hope that all teams will continue to work hard for the company to step on a new level!
