Staff Meeting May 2024
Eounice staff meeting of May 2024 was held on June 1st, 2024. All departments reported the working progress in May and the important working plan in June. The management team also summarized the whole company’s production and operation, stressing the company’s management system and strategic development direction.
Every employee has the opportunity to participate in the decision-making or system formulation of the company, we work together and participate in the continuous improvement of decision-making or system. We listen to employees’ voices, verify the correctness and suitability of company decisions and systems from the perspective of employees, and strive to improve employee satisfaction and overall working efficiency.
Excellent Employee Award
To further strengthen the construction of corporate culture, stimulate employees’ enthusiasm, and enhance and tap the ability of employees to create better benefits for the company, the selection scope of the “Monthly Excellent Employee Award” has expanded from production department employees to the whole company employees. The relevant selection results are used as the basis for annual evaluation and employee promotion. The following employees were awarded as outstanding employees in May:
Excellent Team Award
In the monthly staff meeting of April, we set the monthly goals for May for each department, and finally, the assembly department(including the electrical group) achieved the highest target, the spraying department, welding department, laser feeding and cutting plate bending department, machining department, quality, and warehouse have completed the corresponding production tasks, management team granted bonus and “Excellent Team Award” to these departments.
In June, we set a more challenging goal, and hope that all teams will continue to work hard for the company to step on a new level!
